Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally, to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. See our Shipping policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is calculated by order weight and starts at $15.00. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. Carriers are FedEx and UPS.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Some items ship directly from our brand partners, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, including sale items, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. See our Return and refund policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is free and we will replace or refund it.

How do I start a return?

Email info@anatolianbrands.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will send the return address and instructions within 1 business day.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Products

Are your Babyjem products authentic?

Yes. Anatolian Brands is the official U.S. distributor of Babyjem, and we source every product directly from brand owners or authorized distributors.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. For wholesale or bulk inquiries, email info@anatolianbrands.com with your company name and the products you are interested in.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments, where eligible), plus the other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
