Refund policy

Returns at a glance

• Return window: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Sale items: Sale and discounted items can be returned under the same terms as full-price items.
• Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect (then return shipping is free).
• Restocking fee: None.
• Refund method: Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Where this applies: Orders shipped within the United States.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@anatolianbrands.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use your own carrier, or we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your item arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, we will provide a free prepaid return label and refund or replace the item at no cost to you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@anatolianbrands.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Opened food and grocery items
• Opened beauty and personal care products
• Opened feeding items that go in a baby's mouth (such as pacifiers, bottle nipples and breast milk spoon tips)
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color or item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
