Shipping policy

Anatolian Brands ships orders to addresses in the United States. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Shipping at a glance

• Where we ship: All 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
• Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Transit time: 3–5 business days after the order ships.
• Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from order placement.
• Shipping cost: Standard Shipping is calculated by order weight and starts at $15.00. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Carriers: FedEx and UPS, with tracking on every order.

Order processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

Delivery times

Once shipped, Standard Shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are also shown at checkout. Some items are sent directly by our brand partners and may arrive in a separate package; each package has its own tracking number. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak seasons or because of severe weather or carrier delays.

Shipping rates

We offer Standard Shipping within the United States. The rate is based on the total weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout, before taxes. You will always see the final shipping cost before you place your order.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your door.

Shipping restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@anatolianbrands.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including sending a replacement or refund where appropriate.
