Enduro Plus products require a different approach than traditional nonstick cookware. Because our products are organic, free of any harmful chemicals, we recommend following the recommendations below for use, care, and storage.
1 – Do not perform any extra heating before cooking.
Do not expose your pan/pan to heat for a long time before cooking, Enduro Plus products heat up quickly thanks to their smart base, extra heat before the process will damage the body.
2 – Use wooden or silicone kitchen utensils.
The nonstick surface is safe for metal kitchen utensils, but wooden or silicone utensils are a better option. Wooden or silicone utensils will help keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition. Never use a hand blender.
3 – Allow your pitch to cool.
It's important to give it enough time to cool completely before washing. Immersing a hot pan or skillet in cold water can cause thermal shock, deforming the pan. Therefore, never allow your pans or skillets to come into contact with water while they're still hot.
4 - Dishwasher use
Enduro Plus cookware is dishwasher safe, but over time, dishwasher detergents will affect the nonstick properties of the nonstick surface. Using a soft dishcloth or sponge (with a soft surface) and a little soap will be much gentler. Therefore, we recommend hand washing. Another option is to fill your pan with soap and water and boil it. This will instantly clean it without damaging the nonstick surface.
