Each pot also has a thick bottom and thinner walls to draw heat from the center to the walls. This ensures that heat is distributed evenly across the top of the pan, rather than concentrated at the bottom.
Important information: Avoid cooking over high heat in Fika pots and pans. Low to medium heat is sufficient, as the ingredients conduct heat very quickly and efficiently.
