Description
SIKU VW Beetle
In 1945, the first VW Beetle rolled off the assembly line at the Wolfsburg factory and immediately captured hearts.
The small, charming car not only looked stylish but was also affordable,
durable, and powerful.
Named the “Beetle” by a New York Times reporter, this model quickly became a true cult object.
In 1998, the original “Beetle” was replaced by the reinterpreted “New Beetle.”
After approximately 70 years and more than 22 million vehicles produced, the last Beetle left the Puebla VW factory in Mexico.
Now, this legendary car is immortalized in Siku’s vehicle fleet:
the small cult car, with its iconic rounded lines, is presented for the first time as a detailed replica in blister packaging.
The body, known as the “Ovali,” is made of sturdy metal, and the tires are made of high-quality rubber.
